CHICKEN DIJON 
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 c. heavy cream

In large skillet cook chicken in butter. Remove chicken. Add garlic, onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally until tender. Stir in mustard and cream and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened. Add chicken. Coat with sauce and serve.
