BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lb. broccoli, broken into small floweretts
1/2 lb. salted peanuts
1/2 c. green onions, chopped (3 or 4 onions)
1/2 c. raisins
10 to 12 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. curry (I add a little more)

Mix all together thoroughly and chill overnight.
