CHEESE POTATOES 
3 med. lg. potatoes
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Bunch of green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled crisp
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Boil potatoes with skin until tender. Cool, peel, grate. Layer in casserole dish in order listed. Grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream. Pour over all. Top with more cheese, green onion and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
