DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant onion
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm and combine sugar, instant onion, dill seed, salt, butter, soda and egg. Add yeast mixture. Add flour and let stand in warm water spot until double in size, then knead.

Shape into loaf and put in greased pan. Let rise again about 30 minutes. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. The top of your bread will be dark. Grease top after removing from oven.
