HERITAGE CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 red pepper, cut in red strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 chicken breast halves, boned, & cut into chunks
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1" to 2" chunks

Spray 13"x9" baking dish with vegetable cooking oil; arrange potatoes and peppers in bottom of the dish. Combine seasonings; sprinkle 1/3 of the seasoning mixture over vegetables. Layer chicken pieces and sausage over vegetables, sprinkle remaining seasoning mixture on top. Cover tightly with foil; bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees; bake 30 to 40 minutes more.
