TUNA SPAGHETTI 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can solid tuna
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tsp. Canola or olive oil
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. pepper

Mince 4 cloves garlic, saute in oil until golden brown. Drain tuna and add to garlic. Cook over medium low heat while preparing sauce.

Mix tomato paste with 1 2/3 cans water. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Add to tuna, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer. Continue cooking while preparing linguine, according to package directions. One of my children's favorites!
