SMOKED SALMON ROLLS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 (2 oz.) jar red caviar
1/2 lb. thinly sliced smoked salmon

Blend cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with mixture. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Serve chilled.
