SMOKED SALMON LOG 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) creamed cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. horseradish
Chopped pecans, if desired

Drain and debone salmon. Add cream cheese, softened and other ingredients. Roll in wax paper to form log. Roll in nuts if desired and refrigerate overnight before serving. Serve with crackers, for parties or showers.
