SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3 c. beef, turkey or chicken, cut into sm. pieces
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp. savory
1 c. gravy

Heat butter in skillet. Add onion and heat until brown. Stir in meat and gravy; heat until bubbly. Spoon into a buttered 8 cup flat casserole. Top with mashed potatoes and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.

Can also add 1 can vegetables, drained. Good way to use up leftovers!
