For 4 servings you will need:

1 flank steak, 1 1/2 to 2 lb.
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. dijon-style mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
