SAUCY SKILLET POTATOES 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced (4 c.)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. cooked crumbled bacon

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Add potatoes; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Garnish with parsley and bacon. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
