1 stick butter
Lemon
Pepper
Seasoning salt
2-4 slices of orange roughy fish

Put butter in skillet and melt without lid. Sprinkle lemon, pepper and seasoning salt onto fish. Fry in butter 7 minutes on each side on medium heat.
