TORTELLINI SALAD 
2 pkgs. fresh tortellini
1 sm. red sweet pepper, chopped
3/4 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 sm. carrot, sliced
1 can sliced black olives
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. pesto sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste

Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain. Add pepper, broccoli, carrot and olives. Mix together mayonnaise, pesto, vinegar, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture, toss lightly and chill. Serves 12 as a side dish.
