7 LAYER TACO DIP 
1 lb. hamburger
Taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 c. chopped onions
Taco chips
1 can kidney beans
1 can Italian tomatoes
8 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 can sliced olives

Fry hamburger; pour off excess oil. Add taco mix. Spread in bottom of glass dish. Layer refried beans, tomatoes, kidney beans, onion and olives as desired. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until cheese melts and dish is heated through.

For a cold dip, layer the cheese in the middle, add a layer of guacamole and a dollop of sour cream on top. Garnish with chopped green onion.
