NO FAT OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (medium oven). Dip about 2 1/2 pounds of your favorite fryer parts of chicken or 1 whole (2 1/2 pound) chicken into 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Place on wax paper. Sprinkle with about 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper lightly. Roll in about 3/4 to 1 cup corn flakes, crumbled. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or a few minutes longer until done. This is a crispy, juicy fried chicken. |
