4 c. chopped zucchini
2 eggs
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 sm. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook zucchini 3 minutes. Drain. In a bowl, beat eggs; add mayonnaise, onions, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper. Add zucchini. Pour into greased baking dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
