SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. can crushed tomatoes
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine spaghetti, butter, Parmesan, eggs; form into crust in buttered 10-inch pie plate. Layer cottage cheese over. Saute meat, onion, green pepper; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and spice. Heat thoroughly. Spread meat mixture over cottage cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Cover with Mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes more. Serves 6.
