MARSHMALLOW PUDDING | |
1 lb. marshmallows 1 c. whipped cream, can use evaporated milk Crushed graham crackers (to cover the bottom of container) 1 c. pineapple juice 1 c. crushed pineapple Melt marshmallows into pineapple juice in a pan. Let mixture cool and add whipped cream or evaporated milk and crushed pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Spread graham crackers on the bottom of buttered pan (save approximately 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers for the topping). Pour mixture over the top and put in refrigerator to set. Serve cold. |
