PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minute rice
2 cans tomato sauce (16 oz. total)
1 (8 oz.) can water
1 tsp. onion flakes
Salt & pepper

Combine tomato sauce and water in 2 quart saucepan. Form meatballs using remaining ingredients. Add to sauce and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 1 hour.
