PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water

Mix beef, rice, onions and seasons. Form into small balls. Fry in hot Wesson oil, turning frequently until light brown on all sides. Add sauce and water. Simmer about 45 minutes. Can chop a little bell pepper and celery and cook with this.
