POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
4 c. flour
1/2 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together until fairly smooth. Bake in 3/4 full greased muffin tins for about 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
