2 sticks butter, plus 1 tbsp.
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
Sprinkle of salt

Mix the above together and pat into large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix one package of Dream Whip as directed and put in refrigerator. Mix 2 cups powdered sugar and 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese. Fold in the Dream Whip. Pour over baked and cooled crust.

Spread 2 medium cans of crushed pineapple (drained well) over the crust and cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
