BROWN BREAKFAST BREAD 
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. orange marmalade.

Mix all ingredients, place in bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

This bread doesn't rise very high. The center of this bread may remain "doughy" but the rest is rich and moist.

NOTE: Reduce the recipe to 1 1/2 cups flour, 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons molasses, 6 tablespoons raisins, 2 tablespoons marmalade, and 3/4 cup milk. Spices can remain the same. It makes a smaller loaf, but it will be fully cooked.
