CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE | |
1 whole chicken 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing 1 onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 pan corn bread, crumbled 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 cream of chicken soup 1 cream of mushroom soup Reserve 2 c. chicken broth Poultry seasoning to taste Boil chicken, debone and save liquid. Make 1pan of corn bread according to package directions. Add all ingredients into large baking dish. Mix well and make sure it's not dry. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
