CABBAGE SALAD 
1 chicken breast, cooked
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, optional
2 tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
1/2 head cabbage, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 pkg. instant uncooked Nissin (Ramen) noodles

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. Accent (MSG)
3 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine all salad ingredients. Mix all dressing ingredients well together (in a shaker is easier). Pour dressing over salad and mix well. May be prepared the night before and kept in refrigerator.

Another dressing for variety is: equal parts of vinegar, sugar and oil. Half of that amount of soy sauce. Mix well and pour over salad
