1/2 head cabbage, shredded thin Choose one of the following: 2 cans shrimp 2 cans chicken 2 cans tuna fish 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed 2 tbsp. almonds, sliced 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (10 minutes in 205 degree oven, watch carefully) 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped 1 pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked & broken apart DRESSING: 1/2 c. oil 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent 1/2 tsp. pepper Toss with dressing and set for 3 hours before serving. Better the next day. |
