LEMON BARS 
Crust:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. flour

Topping:

2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
6 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Crust: Mix ingredients like pie crust with fork. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Topping: Mix ingredients together. When crust is done pour topping over hot crust and bake 25 minutes more. Top with powdered sugar after baking.
