1 stick of butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. ground nut meats

Mix together like pie crust. Put into cake pan and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Mix:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Spread on baked crust. Top with 2 small packages instant pudding mixed with 3 cups milk. Cover with whipped topping.
