SEAFOOD NEWBURG 
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, defrosted
1/4 c. milk or Half and Half (for the rich people)
1 lb. of bite size cooked shrimp - good old commissary frozen will do
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2-3 tbsp. sherry or marin

Combine soup, peas, and milk in microwave dish. Cover with lid and cook at medium for 4-6 minutes. Stir once. Add remaining ingredients, cook covered at medium for another 4-5 minutes (or longer if you have a power outage!) Stir again and see if it's heated through. Let stand covered 3 additional minutes. Serves.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
