HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)

Topping:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Sift dry ingredients together. Blend in all the rest of the ingredients. Stir (do not beat with mixer!!). Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.

Topping: Soften cream cheese. Blend in butter and vanilla in mixer. Fold in powdered sugar. Spread on cake and sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
