GRITS AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground pork
3 c. hot cooked grits
2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Cook sausage and drain. Put sausage in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine grits, cheese and butter. Beat eggs and add to milk. Combine grit mixture and egg mixture. Pour over the sausage and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
