FRUIT & JELLO MOUSSE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange Jello 2/3 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cubes 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 c. canned mandarin oranges, drained Place Jello into glass bowl. Add boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Add ice cubes. Stir until Jello starts to gel. Remove the remaining ice cubes. Add Cool Whip and mix together well. Add fruit, mix and chill for 1 hour in refrigerator. For company double the recipe. Use strawberry Jello and fresh strawberries or very berry Jello and blueberries in place of orange Jello and oranges. |
