CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 pkg. meat loaf mix
1/2 c. rice, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Parsley and cheese to taste
1 can tomato soup
Very little water

Wash cabbage and take outer leaves off. Cut in half and cut 3 more times lengthwise. Remove core. Use 1/2 of the cabbage on the bottom of the casserole. Mix meat loaf mix with rice, salt, pepper, parsley, cheese, chopped onion, 1/2 can tomato soup. Put meat loaf mixture in center of casserole and top it off with the other half of the cabbage. Spoon the tomato soup with a little water on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
