DINNER ROLLS | |
2 eggs 2 c. scalded milk 1/2 c. lard 1 c. mashed potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 pkg. yeast Mix yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Melt lard in warm milk. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add flour until thick. Pour on floured board and knead until spongy. Put in a bowl, cover and refrigerate. After it rises, take out, shape into rolls and let rise again. Bake in oven at 450 degrees. |
