1/3 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 to 4 tbsp. hot water Heat butter until melted. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and of desired consistency. Glazes a 12 cup bundt cake or 10 inch chiffon or angel food cake. |
