SLICED TOMATOES MARINADE 
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar or substitute
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients, stir well. Pour over sliced fresh never- refrigerated tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. COMMENT: Try this over asparagus spears, too. Yum!
