1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
4 servings instant potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine ground beef with small onion. Place in 8" pie tin and form as a crust. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, approximately 20 minutes. Remove and drain off grease. Make potatoes, place on meat crust. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts. 4 to 6 servings.
