POTATO CHEESE SOUP 
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. water

Combine and boil 20 minutes. Add 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables. Boil 10 minutes. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 lb. Velveeta cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
