SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch spinach leaves, washed & de-stemmed
3 sliced green onions
2 slices crumbled bacon
1 chopped hard boiled egg
Sauce (below)

FLAMING BRANDY SAUCE:

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. brandy

Toss spinach leaves and green onions. For a table presentation: in a pan over a flame, add each ingredients (except brandy) separately stirring with each addition. Heat brandy slightly (separately) and add to sauce mixture. FLAME: Pour flaming mixture over tossed salad. Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg. 2 servings.
