BAR - B - Q BRISKET 
6 to 12 lb. brisket
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1/4 c. mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Meat should be trimmed as close as possible of all fat before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours in a tightly sealed baking pan.
