PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES 
2 1/2 sticks (1 1/4 c.) butter, softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 tbsp. water

Cream the softened butter, peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the butter mixture. Mix well. Add the water and stir again. Pour batter into two 13 x 9 inch lightly greased cake pans. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. (Cooking time is correct.) When you take the brownies out of the oven, they should still be shakey in the pan). Frost with chocolate frosting.
