CHICKEN ALA GRACE COSTA 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 chicken breasts (boil 3 minutes)
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 can mushrooms
Sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Mix soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Put half in bottom of baking dish. Add chopped (bite-size) pieces of chicken. Add rest of soup mix. Moisten (not as much as if you were using it for stuffing) stuffing mix and place on top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
