PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water

Mix soft butter, peanut butter, eggs and buttermilk, room temperature best. Combine these ingredients with others 30 seconds slow speed, then 2 minutes at medium speed.

Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes then lower to 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until top springs back. Cool on wire racks 10 minutes. Turn out and cool before frosting.

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

1/4 c. creamy peanut butter (or crunchy)
1 c. 10X powdered sugar
4 or 5 tbsp. buttermilk
