PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 egg yolks, use whites for meringue
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk

Cook over low heat or in double boiler until thickened. Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Cover with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.
