BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES 
5 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 1/2 c. flour (plain) or 2 1/2 c. plus 5 tbsp. cake flour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 pint blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix high. Add flour (mix low). Fold in floured blueberries. Bake in 350 degree oven in paper cups in muffin tins until done. 30 to 34 cupcakes.

Wash berries, put in colander with paper towels until dry. Sprinkle flour over. Put in batter last.
