TALLARINE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 med. chopped onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
]1 green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 (7 oz.) can corn niblets
1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives (opt.)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into sm. pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra wide noodles

Combine vegetable oil, onion, garlic and green pepper in a skillet; cook over medium heat until vegetables are browned lightly. Add tomato sauce and simmer at a low heat, about 25 minutes. In another skillet or pan, brown the ground meat and the chili powder. Combine the 2 mixtures and the corn niblets, ripe olives and cheese. Cook the noodles according to package directions and add to meat mixture. Place in a buttered dish and cook in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
