HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash browns, uncooked
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. grated cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste

Let hash browns set out for about 30 minutes to 1 hour so they are not frozen together. Mix all together and spread into a large butter coated baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until starts browning on top.
