CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Del Monte Italian Style Tomatoes
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in baking dish. Bake covered 25 minutes in 450 degree F. oven; drain.

Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and hot sauce; cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Pour over chicken; top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes uncovered. Garnish with parsley. May serve as is or over spaghetti noodles with garlic bread and tossed salad. Serves 4.
