SILK PIE 
1 1/2 foil wrapped bars (3 oz.) Nestle unsweetened chocolate baking bar
3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water (or raspberry liqueur)
3 eggs
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell

Melt over hot (not boiling) water, chocolate baking bar - stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.

In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until light and fluffy (about 4 minutes). Add melted chocolate and water; beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm (about 2 hours). Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
