English muffins or Australian biscuits
Prepared pizza sauce
Pepperoni slices
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Toast muffin or biscuit lightly. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni slices to taste. Place under broiler in oven just until cheese melts. Watch carefully - the broiler heats quickly and can burn your "mini pizza"!
